How the money works
- The price is fixed, not estimated
- You know the price before we start. It is agreed in writing before work begins, and it does not move afterwards. No surprise hourly billing. No compulsory maintenance plan after launch.
- One-off, monthly, and nothing on a contract
- A Build is a one-off. Discover, Amplify and Care are monthly, and you can stop any of them at the end of any month.
- Your ad budget is yours
- Your advertising budget sits in your advertiser account and is billed by OpenAI. Crawl Nine’s fee is separate and we do not mark up the media spend.
- What gets priced separately
- Custom software, ecommerce, complex integrations and unusually large projects are scoped separately. You get one fixed price for those too, before anything starts.
- Changes after launch
- Occasional changes can be requested at a fixed price, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, and no surprise invoices.
- Currency
- Every price here is in US dollars, and it is the same figure wherever you are. We work with businesses in the UK, the US and the EU on the same published prices.
What we won’t sell you
- We won’t sell you a rebuild you don’t need. The free check comes first, and if your site is sound we say so.
- We won’t quote a range that grows. The price is fixed in writing before work starts.
- There is no compulsory maintenance subscription. The website is yours, it keeps working, and you can leave it exactly as it is.
- Work you ask for and faults in what we delivered are two different things, and after launch we fix the second rather than billing it as the first.
